NEED lighting advice -- 5th grow, new setup

So I've just started my 5th grow. My veg tank is already complete, I have a mother and am looking to get a perpetual grow in motion. I'm looking just looking for advice on my lighting for my flower tank. It's going to be a 6'x6' area ~6 1/2ft tall. I plan on having 6 plants in at a time in a 5 gallon dwc setup and i'll probably setup a lst with chicken wire about 4 to 4 1/2 ft high. I plan to harvest 2 of these every 2 weeks, and I'm really trying to get a yield of about a half pound per plant -> 1 lb / 2 weeks (dry of course). I was thinking about investing in 2 1000watt air-cooled hps, but before I go drop 600 bucks I figured I'd see what everyone thought. Is 2 1000 watts unnecessary?

May even step up the size of the buckets in the flower tank, bcuz i'm already using 5 gallons in the veg tank. Let me know what you think.
