On average how long dose it take your plants to reach the height of 1 foot ?

PLEASE REPLY NO RIGHT OR WRONG ANSWER

It depends on environmental factors. The two main ones are light and Co2, temperature and circulation will also be factors.

...and of course, you must feed them.

i average a month or a little less.

With how many plants under what wattage of light, with what Co2 levels, humidity... I could go on and on.

There are so many things that could determine a different outcome that it is impossible to say without knowing every part of the grow op.

Even differing strains will have different growth patterns.

hydro or soil and indica or sativa. those things can determine alot.

ok .... you guys have wrong idea here i understand factors and stuff make diffrence im asking how long dose it take YOU to get a plant 1 foot tall not the fastest way to grow one so not how long it will take me but how long it takes you to grow YOUR plant with YOUR factors to 1 foot tall sorry for not being specific with first post

In my garden,It takes up to as many 4 to 6 weeks or so,I never really thought about how long it took ME to grow a 1foot plant. I have 6 mother plants growing since @ 11/25/07,as of today my tallest plant is @ 2ft high and @ 1 foot wide.

i go from a t-5 for the first week to a 1000 watter. the 1000 watts starts out at about 32" and is slowly lowered 3-4" at a time over a weeks time. the light ends up about 18" above the tops. i use a 6" vented hood.

see you are the 3rd person who missunderstood me im not aking how long it will take ME im comparing to you to see what the average grow time to 1 ft is, then comparing it

1 month, there does that help? I used baggie seeds under 2 cool white flouros

i have height restrictions in my grow room and am growing skunk red hair... the plant only has a max of around 3 feet under perfect lighting conditions, which I don't have because of above mentioned height constriction. Just over 6weeks from germ mine are only 4.5-7" tall but many of them are 12-16" wide. I don't expect them to reach a foot until well into flowering.

co2 huh.....? one of the top two MAIN factors?......... so i can't grow pot without regulating co2??? hahahaha , man i have a good imagination, i could have sworn i grew pot without any added co2, or even monitoring it...... then again i don't use thermometers or check ph levels..........

the main needs of a plant are light, water and a medium.


as far as a how long befor a plant reaches a foot tall.......... i have auto's that top out at a foot..... all depends on the strain.... for me on non auto's i'd say 4 or five weeks without stretching.

I would keep my (hid) a least 24 inches away from your canopy.A 1000 watt light puts off a shit load of heat even w/a vented hood.If i were you,I would contiue to use your T-5 along w/your "hid".What is the size of your grow room??????
