Need new light setup!

I can leave my plants outside til they're ready to flower, they are only about an inch seedlings right now. I'm looking at a bunch of lights on ebay but what would work best for about a 60-80 dollar budget. CFL, HPS, MH or Flourescent? im just looking for decent buds for my first grow.

Nevermind i think LED's will do the trick, thinking about getting a total of 168 LED bulbs red and blue spectrum, should do me good

I'd roll with the cfls but like the 125w or 150w cfls they are pretty bad ass
