need other growers opinions?????

hey whats up guys??? im currently having a problem that i havent experienced before...i have my next batch of romulan currently in veg....they were cloned in rockwool, and transplanted to soil on 8/9 and put under 400w mh....i fed them water up until 8/18, when they got there first dose of nutes(15ml cutting edge grow and 5ml of hygrozyme)my soil mix is 50/50, roots organic and mendo mix(first time using this mix)...

im getting spots and what almost seems like burn around the edges of the fan leafs...my first thought is a ph problem?? and then after some reading im thinking it may be burn from the feeding that i gave them....i tried to get some pics of the problem as best i could...it is happening to every one of the plants i put in veg together...some worse than others...what ur guys opinion on the problem and what action should i take???thanks in advance...ganja

Not 100% sure whats going on here but when I had root rot the leafs looked just like that.

you think every single plant could have possibly got root rot at the same time?

if its only since using those nutes then there must be a problem with them.......no bugs or anything?

hey del....i did check for bugs and havent seen anything...i kinda thought it looked like mites myself

ok the wilting leaves is possibly over watering. but it looks like you have salt build up(looks just like over watering/under watering). only feed at half strength(900ppm-1500ppm) any higher or lower causes small slow growth, every other day. feed her only water the next time it needs it, but give it a little extra so you can wash out some salt. make sure to get good run off, then you can resume feeding the next watering. those spots are...... probably because of the salt build up

cool...thanks for the response dirty....so basically give them a good flush and let them dry out and start with 1/2 strength every other watering or so??

Several things i wanted to point out Hygrozyme isnt needed for soil(tbh i thought it was only for hydro). Remove that and add http://www2.mailordercentral.com/fungi/Prodinfo.ASP?NUMBER=HMSO1O&VARIATION=&AITEM=1&MITEM=1 this will provide for a complete microbe solution for your soil. It will control your Ph level while allowing for the best absorption for the plants. Along with making them grow faster.

Whats the Base TDS for the water your feeding them/ where do you get the water?

try a CLEAN R/o only water flush at least 1/1 ratio for gallon of soil vs gallons of water (recommended is 2/1 but that's alot imo). Then buy a tds meter if you dont have one try not to feed more than 600-800 tds until flower.

That really looks like bugs or even maybe some deficient potassium. your last post is right on the money. for the flush

the base tds for my water is 70......ok, so cut the hygrozyme, flush them out with r/o water with a 1\1 ratio and add myco???? i have great white myco and extreme gardening myko on hand so thats not an issue....i just took clones from the tray they were rooted in, and put plants in those pots a little over a week ago...so i dont think rootbinding is the culprit....i did a full inspection for bugs and drenched everything in "FF Dont bug me" and set out a hot shot strip

Wow nice yea either of those myco products will work the one i listed is just the cheapest if you didnt have any. i recommend myco just to ensure that your ph isnt off before we focus on how your feeding them

MAN i wish my water tds was anywhere near 70 add another 400 and thats what my water comes to my house at

i flushed each of the clones with 1gallon r\o last night....i guess all there is to do now is let them dry out and then focus on what im feeding them...

yeah bro 470 is murder, everybody comments on how lucky i am with my tds only at 70....its that good county well water i guess
