Need plant Advice

Hey everyone,
This is my 1st thread and my first time growing. My baby is nearly 3 feet tall and towards the bottom of the plant I saw leafs turning yellow and brown. I did research and the only answers I could come up with was a Nitrogen problem, or its just in a stage that it is useing some of the lower leafs energy.But I didnt think it would make it turn brown and kill the leaf.-( i deff could be wrong) When i saw it today I picked the yellow and brownish leafs off the plant. There was some more leafs with some yellow also but I left them alone and hoped for the best.
My question is
should I do anything or just hope for the best?
Is this common?
Will a increase or nitrogen hurt the plant if not needed?
Where can I buy Nitrogen?

Please help I really do love this plant.

it might be a bit of heatstress. its o.k. for a few lower leaves to turn yellow.

Should I pick those off? If more start to show should I be worried?

cut the yellow/brown leaves off with a stearilized blade it should'nt get worse if it does it'l be something other than a bit of heatstress.

Whats the best way of giveing it more nitrogen?
If i have does the number or leafs matter? like 5,7,9 or what ever?

Do the number of leafs make a differance in potency?

I just didnt panic and let mother nature do her thing and she is looking hella fine now
