Need pointers

Any idea what this could be? Overfed is my guess.

Ph 6,5 soil, water with 6,5. Fed them at 1400ppm so I guess that did the trick. Water here is 40ppm only.

250W HPS, 2nd week flowering.

Flushing today, going for biobizz bloom and calmag at about 300ppm next watering. Good idea?

I would flush with clean water next watering and check the runoff to see what the ppm is at before giving them anything else.

Flushed and runoff ppm is 390, a bit high I guess. The plants look the same/slightly worse, but it started to flower as it should. Discoloration stopped and now all i gotta fight is the leaves curling and looking thin. Im going for water only one more time, check runoff and then use biobizz bloom and some root juice (when flushing i noticed the roots are smaller than i'd want them to be

Still looking worse. What should runoff ppm be at? What ppm should I feed with once the spoil is optimal?
