Yes the landlord could evict you since property threat/damage is on the table.. In some places landlords/home-sellers are required to disclose any past MJ growing due to mold hype etc..

Oh, and I know alot about xboxes too.. A large number of them have faulty Foxlink psu's that tend to fry, and present a fire risk themselves.. (The solder joints at the mains connection were flakey).. M$ actually had to offer free replacement fused power cords to avoid massive lawsuits..
