Need quick advice!

My friend has a small closet grow with some cfl's. Strain is gold star x jack herer in one gallon pot. Does anyone know what going on with the plant? Would like to hear opinions, thanks guys!

Could be root bound. May need a bigger pot

Transplant into a 3 gal or bigger and double check ph after a good flush.

Just wait till its kinda dry,so the dirt starts to pull away from the pot. Should all come out intact hopefully for transplant.Id hate to see you damage roots transplanting in flower.
