I've used Roots Organic and am currently using the GO Box while my batch of Super Soil cooks. I always had problems with plants I have raised w/ Roots Organic soil+nutes around the third week of flower. Just seemed like every plant would go to shit around that time. Recently I have been using a soil named Manna Mix with the GO nutes and things have been going smoothly, but I haven't got those plants to flower yet to see what they will do. Unless you just like mixing up shit for your plants (I did, for a time) I would look into making a super soil if organic is the way you want to stay. There also seem to be some discrepancies as to whether GO nutes are truly organic, but I don't get caught up in all that.

I have used Earth Juice and General Organics. Both work just fine if you have a good media.

General Organics is more complete in terms of the one part Bio-Thrive formulations. I like the Earth Juice more for brewing with.

They both contain mined minerals. GO seems to have more mined minerals in its formula. Examples are potassium sulfate (sulfate of potash), sodium borate, zinc phosphate, copper sulfate. Some of the minerals in GO Bio-Thrive are also prepared synthetically or are by-products of some industries.
