Need some advice on where to grow plants,... have some wild idea! please see..

IT has become clear to me now that one of my few places to grow my marijuana plants, are on my roof, still in a mylar tent, tallest house around for miles, easy to get electricity up there, but i am having a fed problems, and wild fantasies of car chases and helicopters...
1. I live in the uk so its very cold, often rainy, so i thought i could make a little set-up of an umbrella above my 2m tall mylar tent, and two chairs next to it, so it looks more like a roof terrace/garden.
2. Will the temperature effect my plants majorly? I can get the exact temperatures of cold times of the year if need be, but i can get a normal heater up there with the 600w lamp unhooded, so generating some heat too, i also can buy a good humidifer if that is necescarry too, i would still consider myself and indoor grower, is this the right?
3. I am younger than most of you probably, and have wild ideas of car chases and helicopters spying on my "secret Jardin" that i will get arrested etc..

Geezus. I wouldnt even attempt a roof grow. And what type of roof do yoy have? All flat?

Im a newb but temps should be 70-85 F. Dont know what that is in celsius.

But you dont have a closet? A dresser you can convert?

Go rent an office or warehouse space. May be a "Yard" as in a Junk yard type area with a little shed on it. IF I were to do the roof top. I would take 4 gallon buckets and put 4X4 posts in them about 8 feet tall. Then use these to make a shed and roof the shed. Or check out all the guiys with a PC or stealth grow going on.
