Need some advice

ok i have germinated 11 seeds and have planted all of them in a 10 quart 24 inch long planter with drainage holes in the bottom. I am using marble nuggets under the soil to allow drainage and i am using sta-green potting mix for my soil. i let my seeds germinate for 4 days and the sprouts were all at least 1/2 inch long. I have a 4ft 2light fluorescent light fixture i just need to buy 2 bulbs. I plan on growing in a closet which i am going to line with foil dull side facing out. I plan on putting a fan blowing in on the bottom and a fan blowing out on the top. the tempature in the closet stays around 70-75 degrees. my question is when do i put the lights on the plants and i am really worried about not being able to find out the sex on the plants. Any advice would be great!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ps this is my first real try at growing indoors

you don't need any light 'till they sprot out of the soil.
Since you haven't bought tubes yet DON'T bother that light is unsuitable anyways for more than the first week or two of growing. CFLs are more suitable as they produce a more intense sourxe of light. The sexing thing is a long ways off, if you even get that far. You clearely haven't done much research to be asking such basic questions.

Yea. Cfl 6500k is fine to start off. And about sexes u have a long way to go. Im at 1 month and countin. Still hasnt seen any pistils or balls. Hoping its a female tho. I had my seed seperate containers also like party cups. My plant is about 8 inches and im goj to start flowering soon. Im still a newbie on my first indoor and i THINK my mistake was stretching kind of. But people say its fine.
