It looks like a magnesium deficiency to me. I would use a tablespoon of epsom salts to every gallon of water.
How long does it take for a mag def to get out if hand I give them Epsom just now but the problem was much worse this morning also had a leaf with brown spots and canoeing upwards and another with just brown marks towards the tips

Exactly the same as wot I'm experiencing the now although I'm sure heat stress is my culprit as well as mag def.(heavy sigh).

It looks to me like cal-mag def...biobizz nutes are lacking in calcium magnesium
So is it possible to foilar spray a mag solution straight on to the foliage.I think I'm suffering the very same thing but I have already watered mines(10 mins ago) so could I proceed and foilar spray?

no.
Yes you can, well let me rephrase that, i did and it cleared up with in a week with leaves turning all green. The ones that are rusted never got better. I used light (1/2 teaspoon) per liter of epsom and soaked the plant at lights out. Worked great and plants loved it. They were in a hydro setup so watering should not effect it.
