Need some help best light to grow amazing dense bud

Need to know more about your environment. Temperatures? Humidity? Do you have a way to expel a lot of heat and bring in cooler, fresh air?
Personally, I'd use a 400W HID air-cooled lamp with an inline fan with carbon filter for that footprint. Metal-halide for veg and HPS for flower.
There's a lot of good information over at Grow Weed Easy for beginners. Have a read through that site. There's a lot to think about and plan out before starting your first indoor grow. Doing the research up front can prevent a lot of frustration and wasted money.

With LED you'll want at least 200 watts. There are plenty of options, I'd probably go with two rspec 288 boards from hlg on a 240h driver, or maybe four qb132 boards. Four 132s would fit that space perfectly.
I haven’t set up my grow yet but I was thinking about hps and I will be using a 6 inch inline fan with carbon filter
Yes I no I’m thinking about using hps so what other things u recommend any additives u recommend

Oh no additives or boosters are horseshit. Genetics, temp, RH overall health of the plant all determine density in buds. There are some strains that just don’t get rock hard.

Hey man, other people will have better exp than me but just ran my first grow that ended yesterday and i ran hps, 2x 600w hps in 5x5 and pulled yesterday, with pretty dense buds man, for me being a newbie and not knowing much about LED it was great for me using hps, im not too clued up on w per square feet or anything but maybe a 600 is too much for your space,, naybe a 250w hps? Either way i hope you can get a good run with what youve got, goodluck

One 315 watt CMH is perfect for that size space.
