Need Some Help (bugs i think)

Hey guys, I am having a problem with a few leaves on my planet. This is my first grow, and i'm using soil. Well any ways the problem is on the leaves, where the viens are its turning black, and its on the basically the same spot on the other leave. there are also little bite marks it looks like. the humidity is low and temp ~70-75 so i'm thinking spider mites. there is no webbing that i can see, and i cant see any little bugs.

soil i'm using miracle-gro potting mix with miracle grow continuous release plant food. not giving it any nutes just bottled water. also, leaves tips are white at the very end.

I'll post pics when i get my cam in about an hour.

What kind of bugs are orange? Looking at the plant leaves i'm seeing a bunch of orangish little bugs on there. any clue as to which ones they are?

So i've been looking for spider mite killers, and floramite is highly rated, but too damn expensive!!

does neem oil work at all?

IT a fuckin mircogrow cause all bugs people just dont get it .. i been using mircogrow for years now days they have all bugs in it ... go buy root onagnics or foxfarm !!!
