Need some help first grow

hello all thanks for looking and for the help

this plant is about 5 weeks old just topped about 4 days ago
water every 3-5 days
indoor grow
MG organic mixed with hydropnex soil
12/12 light cycle

i watered last night and checked right before lights out and there was a brown spot on a leaf that looks light brown and extremely dry then when the lights came on tonight i noticed a more smaller brown spots on the set of leaves under it. I did just start some nuts last night this may be the problem half strength 18-18-21

Around 6 weeks

stunted...........over-watered perhaps?

how long has it been on 12/12

i would wait til the plant is a bit bigger before you decide to flower it it hasent even gone through its rapid growth yet shes still a baby
