need some help growing

my plants are 8 weeks old and only a couple of inches high please tell me what i am doing wrong.

you're not posting pictures.

Without pictures its difficult to say, but i was worried about the height of my own plants, so i just raised the lights and within a few days they had stretched a bit (but no to much )

My plants are about 7 inches tall and i am 55 days into there growing. I started my plants inside and just 8 days ago i moved them outside please tell me if they will start to grow taller soon.
