go off the bottle. 4ml per liter for mature plants with more than 3 sets of fans.
If you give less than the recommended, I would also cut anything else put in by the same ratio of recommended dose.
I use AN connoisseur and kept upping the dose until I burned the tips of the leaves a little. I cut back 2ml from the recommended doses, and they love it. You have to find the ratio that the plant likes. Different strains may want a different ratio/strength.

Here's my blue haze using AN. I also used a few of their supplements as well.

so i bumped the mix up to 4ml per lt and no burning and the plants are doing good now! flipping to 12/12 tonight. Thanks for the help everyone!

Just had a read through ,i think its the system not the nutes.Your plants arnt getting the flush that coco needs.Coco plants should always look beautiful since there always fed fresh nutes.Your plants need that oh so important flush,you have salt build up.
Take a plant and top feed until you get runoff,measure that runoff.Ill bet its 4x what your pouring in.
