You will not find active cultures of psychoactive mycelium for sale anywhere. Grow bag kit? Sure but you’ll still need to inoculate it yourself. You can order cubensis spores along with other types of psychedelic fungi but it is illegal to spawn; that’s why you won’t find active cultures for sale. Do yourself a favor and try growing shrooms without a “kit.” You can get everything you need to grow locally without a kit except spores. I like little shop of spores but any spore vendor (I.e. mushrooms.com, etc) should have what you are looking for. Just google it; they all ship to US & many are located inside the US.

I just tried to grow myself and everything was going well with it until we put it in the fruiting chamber we got green mold
I just didn’t know if any of the sites were legitimate
They sure look authentic until you google them

Try starting out by streaking the spores onto agar first instead of spawning from a syringe directly to grain. Helps increase chances of success; virtually eliminates contamination because you grow the mycelium out on an agar (aka petri) dish first. Anything that is not white gets tossed out while clean cultures can be transferred indefinitely. One plate of agar can be divided to inoculate several jars of grain. Once grains are colonized you can transfer to even more jars. Then when you finally get to spawn a tub or whatever you know for sure it will not go south.

Look up uncle ben tek on yourube or reddit. I made a thread here about it. Super easy cheap way to get an ounce or 2 of shrooms for like $40.
Or just by a bag kit from any online seller with decent reviews and get spores from somewhere like sporenite or inoculate the world (itw sells liquid cultures too). Inject the spores into bag and you're good.
we did the brf tek and everything was ok but the mycelium stopped growing so we birthed the cakes and soaked them in water and then we put them in the shotgun fruiting chamb that’s when nothing happened except green mold
i have more spores on the way so hopefully with a little tweaking on brf ingredients with the water and rice flour we have better luck

If you must spawn from MS syringe directly into the brf at least do it inside a still air box. That should help increase chance of success next time. Also be sure you sterilize the grain jars in a pressure cooker before spawning.
i use the pressure cooker for an hour and a half at 15 psi and wait 24 hours for them to cool

A good method is to use a pressure cooker to sterilize jars of dextrose solution, innoculate that, and after some growth innoculate the growing medium with a large amount of mycelium.

Pro mix hp m, the white bag is peat, lime, perlite and mycorhyzae. All the myco you need with a soiless mix thats phed well with no nutes present until you add it. Find this is best way, saves alot on mycorhyzaes. And at 60 ca a small jar mycos are too expensive for me. Money better spent on worm castings. Add molasses and only short on cu. Copper is in lots of shit. Add some. Think spinack or kale has lots miht be wrong but you can google it.

I used 2 cups vermiculite,1 cup water,mix it up good,then put in 1 cup brown rice flour
I bought brown rice and put it in my magic bullet
put the mix in half pint mason jars
fill the jars leaving about a quarter inch t put a layer of dry vermiculite
then sterilize in the pressure cooker at 15 psi for about an hour

I shake rice in bottle of water, fill 1 lir mason with rice wash and jar cover with breathable top, set on fridge 3 to 5 days, until 3 layers are present, a blackish ring on top, clear mid and foggy bottom. I pour this into whole milk not bottom sludge 2 gal. Let sit covered for week or so. Go by smell, shouldnt smell bad when done. Cheesy kindof Take curds off top, save for pot cheese and pour into jars only fill half way, add mollasses half and half and will keep forever. No molasses refridgerate. Good lactic acid bacterium, aerobic and anaerobic, depends on situation. Let the lactic acid do its work. 1 tbsp per gal. 2 if mollasses, Water deep. Low ph but adjusts to habitat. Fertilizer uptake will rìse so watch them close. Lactic acid bacterium.youtube has videos on it. Its a conditioner that plays well with weed.

Well something op can make for cheap that assures root health and nute uptake.

I just hope out of the 24 pf tek jars actually produce magic this time
