second might turn out weaker but it will survive and dont repot untill u have to wait for nice healthy roots to keep the soil together :-)

I'd keep a humidity dome of some sort over the one missing a cotyledon...if anything mist it daily with RO water and put some plastic wrap over the top to keep the humidity up, but remove it a few times a day to exchange the air, also leave a corner uncovered :)

what it will do to the one who missed a cotyledon ? is this very bad to the plant ? Is any form to recover the cotyledon if it is really necessary ?
Thank you

the cotyledon has the nutrients the plant uses to grow for about the first couple weeks as the root system starts to develop...so missing you you basically cut the power in 1/2 that the plant had to start with, so it will start slower, but it'll get there eventually :)

there is no set "time" on when you would transplant...once the root system has taken hold then its a good time to transplant..its hard to see how big those pots are that you are using now...best to let them grow up a bit...basically when you can gently pull the plant out of the pot and the root system holds all the soil in place you can transplant at that point
