Hey guys,
I am going to need some help with my first grow. I'm planting one plant outside & two inside my PC Grow Box I am currently creating right now. So first I am going to need some help picking which seeds ill plant inside & outside. These are the following I have:
1x White Label - Snow Ryder - Feminized
1x TH Seeds - Mendocino Madness - Regular
1x Nirvana - Northern Lights - Feminized
Now to my Grow Box:
Right now its pretty basic I am planning to start making it fully proper once I get my fan controller ill start the wiring. I have a carbon filter (the aquarium ones) in front of that fan (that one blows air out) the one in the bottom right corner is going to intake air (i never added the fan yet). I am also planing to put carboard everywhere & glue gun + electrical tape any possible light leaks, oh and you cant forget the reflective material . I have 4x23 watt florescent light bulbs (apparently equivalent to 130 watt incandescent). The thing I'm missing from that is the some sort of bulb holders which I can't find anywhere in canada (i'm looking for http://www.amazon.com/Leviton-Ivory-Socket-Outlet-Adapter/dp/B000VL4CFC ) if anyone knows a place I can find them please let me know
. I'm planning to keep the plants about half an inch off the bottom or so i don't know if its good. Maybe the intake fan should be at a lower speed then the outtake fan. The fans operate at 4800rpm at a pretty decent noise level for 4800rpm and at about 750rpm its very quiet (the thickness of the fan is 1.5inches & the size is 120mm) there very nice fans and can push a shit load of air in and out very quickly at low rpms (i used to use these in my server pc's amazing fans).
so I make a cardboard sheet with two holes at the top for the plants to come up from & put mylar or some sort of reflective sheet on it . Will that help my yield. Also how many times should I water it & when I do how much water should I put. How much do you think I can yield from two plants. How long should I grow them or to what height should I grow then to start flowering & how do I start flowering.
I just want to yield about 30-50grams which I believe I can do no problem (from just the indoor rigs alone). Outside I can easily yield about 100-200 grams dried weight no problem, I know people that yield about 400 grams dried weight in their backyards from 1 plant up here in canada in the summer).
If anyone got any suggestions or can answer any of my questions please feel free to reply
p.s the height in the box is 16 inches, the length is 18 inches, and its 7.5 inches wide

Also since this is my first grow this is why im using a pc case. If I get good at growing ill be upgrading to my own custom built grow box about 14 inches width, 20 inches length, and about 30 inch height
