Need to know if I need more light?

So I have 2 clones that I started yesterday under a 2ft, 24watt T5 fluorescent grow light. Is this light enough or will I need a better light? Thanks. Appreciate all the responses.

EDIT: It also produces 2280 Lumens. And the color temperature is 6400k.

Are you trying to root or to veg?

Be good for rooting and early veg.. Gonna need more though once they hit there stride in veg.

They are clones so they're in their vegetation stage. What is the stride?

How old are the cuts? Even if they have rooted. They will still go through at least another wk of root growth before they revert back to upper growth

Not sure how old they are. Had a friend buy them for me at the clinic. I will just keep an eye on them. Possibly upgrade the lights on Monday. Thanks

It's fine if you just want to keep them alive - it's shitty if you want to get tons of dope.

Would it help if I added another 2ft, 24watt T5 fluorescent grow light? Would that do anything?
