you lucky fucker you...youve found the cheapest IPA there is really. 8 bucks for 2000 ml
you pay 6 bucks for 500 ml at any drug store. Thats where I buy it from. You can buy 4 litre jugs of it if you source it better and buy more.
So yes...thats the shit ya need. As long as you purge it correctly...theres no issue.

anywhere from 50 to 8o grams / pound...
2 to five grams per oz of herb...but I have heard of more..just not seen it personally
