What is happening here please someone, the leaf tissue feels really fragile not sure what's happening

Is the leaf folding under from the sides...and then fall off?

Need more info....type of soil...lights...type of water...nutes?

Yes the leafs are folding under they feel really soft and are starting to loose colour but they are not crispy or burnt, I'm using bio bizz light mix and bio bizz nutes I have 2x 200w dual spectrum cfl I just want to fix it do you really think it could be over watering if so what should I do just leave it ?

yes let it dry out between waterings ....give it enough water for 2-3 days. If you are checking your plants daily theres no need to give them large amounts of water. So whats happening here with your plants is that the roots are drowned and cannot uptake nutrients so you are getting the yellowing and the tips are getting crunchy. You will most likely have some after effects as well till you can get her back on track. Recovering from a wilty under watered plant is an easier fix then overwatering plz keep that in mind when you water
