Need urgent help

Hey guys so my seeds finally germinated today and i planted them in the small pot around 5:30-6ish pm, and the lights that i kept them under are at a 18/6 cycle turning off at midnight and turning on at 6am. Would it matter if i left the cycle unchanged and have it continue its own cycle for the new plants as they will be initially getting 6 hrs of light and then start again at 6 am? would that mattter? plz let me know!

im growing in 2.5x6 closet with 300w flourescents (12x25) + 54w T5 flourescent Sun Blaster blue light.

nahhh.. it won't make a difference..a lot of people even leave newly germed seeds under no light at all till the sprout thru the soil .. i would say being under six hours of light and then having twelve off won't harm them at all..

yummy.. violator kush and chocolope.. two strains i want to check out in the near future.. i am growing dna's sourcream, she is at about a month of flower, and tall as can be... looking and smelling really nice though..
