Just some vendor with at least 5 year track record. I’m not aware of who she was using. Her hubby was in the Air Force here and apparently they’ve been transferred. She did this at least twice here. Met her trying to buy one from her. I was too slow.
Fair enough. I just bought 4x meiju 240 watt qbs . The shipping literally cost the same as the one of lights. I bet its even more for heavy ass ac units... i been looking hard on craigslist and let go for used units

That’s how I met her. She was cool and told me how she’d done it. The 4 units sold for enough to cover everything and hers was free. However it obviously took time and ads to get rid of the remaining 4. Good luck!

You guys have convinced me. I would rather run 2 window units anyways. Then I dont have to deal with the exhaust or the runoff.

Thank you. I went through SO MANY port ACs and NONE seemed worth it unless they were $800 even at 400 they didn't seem right.

For 300 I can purchase 2 window units. Keep my rooms cold with one. And run the other to my tent. Then the temps should maintain pretty well this spring/summer.
Window units sure are the way to go and you'll be happy you did. My portable AC sucks a fat donkey dick. 10,000 BTU. Meh. Runs from lights on to lights off almost continuously and barely keeps up with the heat. It works. Just horribly inefficient. And I paid $450 for that piece of shit ;)

LG LP1419IVSM is the one I have. I have a couple 6" duct flanges tubed into my tent (with help of booster fans) and it can get icy cold. I don't worry about dumping water since I added a condensate pump. Once it fills up to a gallon, it pipes it out the window.
