needing answers fast

ok the best way i can describe this is its like an older person that has severe arthritis in there hands twisted and hard curled..its not over watering cuz im using a miracle grow moisture control soil and they have been in the dirt only three days..sum of the leaves curl up from side to side like it was rolling its own joint...sum of the leaves has turned over so the bottom is now facing the light..this has happened not only in soil but also in hydro...it happenes early in the growing cycle and has happened at least six damn times.....i have the books and read them all can not figure out how im f888ing up...we all know how expensive this can be and really need to figure out what im doing wrong...ur help would b greatly appreciated

Give us some info, lights, light cycle, nutes, temps etc.

if you could take a pic that would help.. I also use miracle grow moisture control for clones and mother plants and Ive never had that problem but I also add nutrients so...

its dead, or about to be dead, id start a new and take several pages of notes and make yourself a cheat sheet/begginer grow bible before putting another seed in the soil.

soil looks saturated btw, probably drowned her/root rot.
