Nematodes or fungus gnats ?

So this morning I went to scratch in some fferts into my soil and I noticed white translucent worms in the soil ,
I don’t think there fungus gnats larvae as they have a whole white body from tip to tip with no black head/spot on one of the ends, also I see no adult fungus gnats crawling on the soil
also there’s soil mites white spider/tick like bugs crawling around too
but here’s a pic, anybody have an idea of which one it might be gnat larvae or nematode.. and on what to do about them
I have Spinosad and mosquito dunks

I’m using dr.earth ferts and fish emulsion ,I’d like to hit them with the Spinosad but will the microbes be okay if they do take a hit??..
I’ve got some great white mycorrhizae and/or 1-3 tbs of dr.earth for the microbes since does have em in there ..

Or use the dr.earth as a fertilizer tea on there bag will tht work for the microbe boost?

what do you suggest I do bout them if anything at all?

Nothing, beneficial

alright well I’ll let them be I was bout to hit them with a spraying of Spinosad on the top soil or would a whole drench or the pot be better if I were decide to end there existence

I’ll let them be for now good thing there beneficial cause I had too dressed with dr.earth bout 3 days ago so the Spinosad could’ve affected the microbes and possibly taint the top dressing

Get yourself some Captain Jacks Dead Bug Brew and Microbe-Lift BMC and dilute them per instructions then soak all your trays, soil/pots, drain pipes, any stagnant areas that aren't drinking water with the solution. Say byebbye

Get yourself some sticky traps to monitor for new attackers. If you start seeing them pop up which I do even in the middle of winter in Michigan. Hit them again..

p.s I've never had to PH the mixture, I just use enough to saturate the whole pots in-between a feeding every 2-3 weeks as needed.
Consider that soil you're using to be contaminated and find a new growing medium such as a quality coco. Usually less chance of them coming pre-charged with larvae and other pests. SOIL tends to come with surprises in it and sometimes worse stuff than you'd imagine (Bugs, Heavy Metals (Lead included). Remember most soil companies like Fox Farms make their products out of Residential Compost.

so u suggest I should get rid of them?,
as of now I don’t see anything wrong other then needing to catch up on top dressinglooking a bit nitrogen deficient

She may be a little on the lite side of nitrogen but overall she looks healthy! Give her a nice even 1" top dress of worm castings and observe for a week. If fan leaves begin to fill in darker you know you did the right thing. Worm castings are gentle, effective and also add a fresh population of microbes and bacterial all needed for soil/root health and help your plant transport nutrients up.

I’ll leave the pot worms and soil mites alone untill I see anything other than a slight nitrogen deficiency..

but definitely light on the nitrogen ..
I went two weeks without topdressing I forgot the reason why but ..

3 days ago I top dressed dr.earth 2-2-2 to get it ready for the flower transition , cause I’ve been feeding the veg one of dr.earth since the beginning

Basically,
veg- dr.earth homegrown green bag
Transition - all purpose either 2-2-2 or 4-4-4
Flower - flower girl
Every two weeks

so what You suggest ishould do is ..
Top dress the worm castings
(Note:Top dressd w/dr.earth 3days ago)

Water in with plain water and great white for a microbe boost ..

I also grow with Dr. Earth.
I use 2-2-2 in early veg and 4-4-4 in late veg and early flower (week1-3) and use Flower Girl in Week 3-Finish.
Im finishing up Week 1 as I dive into week 2. I like to feed at 2TBSP per gal of soil every 3 weeks along with that I add worm castings.
In all my waterings I add cal-mag, power si (silica) and once a week in my waterings atleast ill add humic acids, recharge(for microbes), king crab(bacterials), kelp (macros). I also use Build a Soil's product Build a Bloom in Week 4-6 as a booster.

Silica and Humic/Fulvic acids also work as "transporters" and help carry up N-P-K/Macro nutes to your plants. Microbes and Bacterials help keep the soil balanced, living, and breaking down the Dr. Earth.

Awesome plants , Im keeping it simple and basic I’d like to develop just a standard regimen using the ferts and then add on as I go ..

I transplanted with dr.earth 2-2-2 and fish emulsion 2-2-2 for the first two weeks

Then dr.earth homegrown for the rest of flower with 5-1-1 fish emulsion or 7-1-1 terp tea ..

For flower transition 1 week before flipping
Top dress with 2-2-2 up to 2weeks into flower
W/ 5-1-1 fish emulsion or terp tea 7-1-1

3 week of flower start using flower girl
(I’m still looking for liquid bud&bloom fert
For a flowering boost like what I do for the veg stage like 5-1-1 or7-111 in veg )
Possibly morbloom 0-10-10 cut it in half ??

additves and supplements being used(other products being used):
-Floralicouis plus
-Epsom salts
-Vitalize by mills (mono silica)
-Great white
-Worm castings & worm casting tea

My advice would be try simplifying and using the least amount of products possible at first, once you have success with that, which you should.. Begin adding new stuff to get more out of the garden. It's good to have a baseline and in coco any basic nutrient line will feed your plants what they need. Feed every watering and water coco before it gets dry till a little run off every time.

I also don't recommend mixing different products like you're doing. It can cause chemical reactions and "lockout" in your roots which is due to conflicting chemicals reacting with one another. It can also create some surprisingly dangerous and unhealthy chemicals in the process as well as gasses/fumes (EEK).

Seems like you're on the more "synganic" approach though.. I don't recommend you top dress plants if you are going to feed fertilizer through your waterings.
