neon green tops during flowering

ok so the title pretty much says it all. My plants are in their 4th week of flowering, soil, 250w hps. The barney's farm LSD is looking very healthy and busy, all leaves are pointing slightly upward, every other part of the plant is lush green.

Well the tops are a different story. They look like a neon green and when you get close it seems like its borderline yellow. But there is no burning, curling, nothing:confused:

So is my plant fine or do I need to up its nute dosage? and which nutes should I increase? I've been giving it half strength of the Fox Farm feeding schedule every watering (~every 3 days). I've heard smaller even feedings are better than one large weekly dose.

Any help is appreciated.

it looks like normal flowering tops 2 me..sometimes rapid growth can cause the discoloration...do they seem to be turning full green or is it travelling down the plant?

I don't think it is traveling down the plant. It is pretty much strictly new growth. At first I thought maybe it was signs of bleaching, because I had them about 2 inches away from my cooltube. I moved them to be about 8 inches away, but still the discoloration.

Should I just chalk it up to rapid growth, or give full strength nutes this next watering? She seems to be a bit hungry maybe?
