Neptune Seeds Order cancelled after Bitcoin payment sent

I ordered seeds on Black Friday (Neptune had some solid deals!) I elected to send payment via Bitcoin. Not long after my Bitcoin payment cleared (Friday) I realized my order had been cancelled. Im not raising any flags at the moment because I know its probably been a busy weekend for them, understandably Black Friday weekend. I sent their customer support two messages and haven't heard from them. Anyone had this happen before? Disclaimer: It's still definitely in the window for customer support to reach out so Im not knocking Neptune.

Neptune contacted me and is currently processing the order. They are on top of their stuff. Good Customer service.

Excellent! I’m experiencing the exact same thing atm. It’s good to hear it’s going to work out. I haven’t heard back yet but sounds like I will. First time I used them so wasn’t sure what to expect.

Yeah I'd shoot them a message just so they are in the loop. Im impressed honestly given the issue and the busy week/weekend for them.

Update:I received my package and Neptune REALLY hooked it up. Freebies were insane, and packaging was top notch...I would definitely do business with again.

I am tempted to purchase with btc, but I really don't want to deal with the tax bullshit. Will probably just HODL

@Flatrate Not exaggerating, I had about a $120 order and came away with about $350 worth of seeds. Could be they overly hooked it up because of the mixup or Black Friday but it blew me away.... @PagingMrHerman glad it worked out brother.

@Buss Relville Yeah I probably "Lost" a dollar or so in mining fees but I like the idea of paying via bitcoin for multiple reasons. I also totally understand being iffy on the fee when there are other ways to run the order fee free. Without going into much detail research tax free BTC options they are out there.

@Bobby2times Yea man it sounds like they hooked you up good. My order was about $170 and got a freebie with 3 seeds in it. Not complaining as I did save a decent amount on the deal overall.
