Never received order from attitudes!!!

I put in an order for 45 aurora seeds with guarnteed shipping. Tracked it all the way to the address I requested shipment too and to find out that it said the order was delivered although I never received anything. A few days went by and I received a letter from the local law enforcment saying they had my package and that if I wanted it come get it. Ovbiously I never went although I have sent 2 emails to ATTITUDES seed bank letting them know what had happened and I have not received 1 email back from them I though it was guarnteed???? Has anyone lost there seeds and had attitudes send them again with no cost?

Every (seed) thread I have seen in the last few days has been about seed seizures.

I am sure they are busy and will get to you in the order the replacement claim is received. Multiple people have requested and received replacements.

Take them out of the breeders packs if you trust them to give you the correct seeds.

The attitude has the same tracking info that you receive,if tracking show's delivery to requested address then their obligation's are fulfilled. I seriously doubt that you will be reshipped anything. Unless you retrieve said package from your local law,or a notorized letterhead from your local law who sent you your letter. Look at it from their side, if you shipped something to a customer and it was documented as received would you send them another? I feel for you,really suck's but you really can't blame Attitude. MHO

Did you buy a shirt, mug, messenger bag; Go ask for your merchandise and say fuck naw to anything extra if you have no plants going now. If you are currently growing then call your counties DOJ extension and request free legal services, your contact will request an issued evidence file that will "urge" your local law enforcement agency to mail, USPS,your seeds to you...You'll also get a sense of what, if anything, they have on you. If you sell then disregard everything.

It's ridiculous...All i have done is send an email to attitudes. Where do I file a replacement claim? Mabey there not seeing my emails. Although this is very frusterating..I'm not sure what to do.

OOO, this is an extremely good point.

If you dont have the "proof" they may see it as a way to scam some free seeds.

I am also unsure what shows up on your tracking if customs normally sees it and forwards you the green letter. Its still tech delivered by USPS standards though, isnt it?

Can somone send a link for the replacement claim?

Yes I agree...that what you'd think also although i didn't get a letter until few days after it said they were "delivered". Must've been a way for them to get me down there to pick them up.

Of my 8 orders, the one time it got seized I emailed Attitude a pic and an explanation - There never was a response from them. If I remember you can see it somewhere in your account, maybe order history.

They did send me a replacement order which was not seized.
