It does look like nutrient burn but if you only gave them 1/4 strength GB once then it may be Phosphorus & Calcium deficiency. Give them a Bone Meal tea.
 
Thanks guys for the reassurance, i agree it looks like it could be calcium. I gave it some black strap molasses which is full of calcium, i also gave it some Big Bloom which is made from earthworm castings and guano. Hopefully it will stop spreading, my fingers are crossed. :-|

Just some hard learned advice, when you have a problem try to stick to only one remedy at a time, that way if you fix it you know what to do next time. By adding both molasses and BB could cause other problems to surface in a few days and than how do you know what did it. IMHO

Now when things go wrong your first action should be to flush. This does 2 things it washes the soil and puts things back in a neutral state. Because they are so young I would let them dry out to the touch and than feed again.

However many problems you focus on at once, that is not Calcium deficiency alone. There's a bigger macronutrient problem that looks like P def.
