Larva and you need to dry her and replace the soil or buy neem oil it may save her but you should have noticed it earlier. Good luck

It looks a lot like the blight that we get outside. The wrinkled fan leaves look like an overdose to me. I think you should clean everything up and start over.

Hahahaha Nugs, just have an image of this acutally happening when ziv saw the plant xD No Disrespect Zic, just funny imo.

To the problem. It does look like something has been eating it. Is it occurring on any others plants? And is it only happening in that particular spot?

I see black streaks running up the stem right to the dead leaf. Beetle borers. ?
