could it be too cold at night?
Cold has the opposite effect.
Last 2 weeks of flowering I keep my girls cold during night ( mid 40s to low 50s ) makes the bud rock hard and gooey.
You have foxtailing due to heat or genetics. Fix ASAP or the end result will be disappointing.
Too much N can also sometimes cause this.

just learnt first hand about causes of this foxtailing in my setup it was lemon skunk 400 hps great extraction cooltube temps never above 29c high nitrogen levels due to calmax sup trying to sort a calcium def due to low humidity 35ish and light 1 and half foot away and bang giant hairy foxtails.
strain is lemon skunk 8 to 9 week at week 8 and half and looking like got another 2 left due to this stress!!!

and once they start foxin no turning them back u can only damage limititation sorry 4 all posts.
