First i was gonna say AIDS but looks like russet / broad mites.
Almost impossible to see with eye - you can try Avid / Trifecta / etc.
Wouldn't my other plants be displaying this issue if it was mites?

Just on the off chance, Is there a need for 500w in a 3x3? That's pretty insane.
Why would a plant in soil thats RICH in iron have an iron deficiency? Iron is a micro nute . Your plant already needs almost none in comparison. Why supplement iron ……quickly

Have you had mites? Not saying it is but you probably won’t see them with naked eye easily
I've had spider mites before. I know to notice those by the white specs on leaves (leaf discoloration) and webbing in later stages. That's the only kind of mite I've had and I used habanero spray to take care of them. I'll hit them with some habanero incase it is. I just can't see it being mites and the other 3 plants looking healthy.
