But it’s pretty damn good.

A stuffed pork tenderloin seared in a cast iron frying pan then into the oven



Ran out of potatoes and limited veggies but sometimes you just gotta make the best of what you got

Pan fried Denver steak, fresh corn, and some rice I threw together with diced onion, zucchini, garlic, and beef broth. I also had a tomato and cucumber salad. I sure enjoy the fresh tomatoes that taste like tomatoes.
