I paid $26+ today for onion rings and a cheese steak. It was OK but I definitely felt ripped off.

My scallops and shrimp with grilled asparagus and fried Brussels sprouts with bacon and basalmic glaze came out to a little over $35

What a difference ten dollars makes

Making some ployes? There's a special Acadian variety flour that stays golden when cooked, instead of getting darker.

Had to use some weekly leftovers so I did a take on Philly cheese steak.


- Fresh Pita from local Lebanese bakery
- Shredded BBQ pork loin
- Shredded chicken thigh that my Wife made chicken soup with.
- Swiss Cheese
- Feta Cheese
- Caramelized Onion and Yellow Bell pepper w/ brown sugar cheat code
- Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese
- Smoked Paprika
- Garlic Powder
- Cayenne pepper
- Black pepper
- Worcestershire sauce

We went to the local Italian restaurant tonight.
Real Italian not just a pizza joint.


We had both ordered Veal Saltimbocca with Angel Hair pasta. This pic is from the web but very similar in appearance. There was a bit more spinach on our plate tonight than in this pic.




I finished mine at the table, that was the most Ive eaten in one sitting for a couple weeks.
The wife brought 1/2 of hers home for lunch tomorrow.










































I just ate that half too.
