New and Improved TnT Foodie thread

I've determined that the white stalk of baby bok choy makes a very acceptable substitute for celery ribs in hot smoked salmon salad. So yummy. I minced half a green apple in there with a bit of red onion, half a squeezed lemon, salt, pepper mayo and a dash of vanilla sugar served over a toasted bagel and some manchego cheese20231125_133119.jpg

I asked my oldest if he saw this and he said he did. I told him how it went down and for some reason he was shocked that it was actually my picture and my pie. Hahaha. It's like he doesn't even know me. He thought it was just a meme. Lol
