What's your go to mustard?My version of hutspot, stamped potatoes + large carrots and normally fresh cold yellow onions… yuck… so instead, red onions sauted in olive oil, s&p, balsamico, then caramelized in real butter and white sugar.
+ Italian kofta, which I don’t think is a thing but basically lamb/beef mince + basil oregano garlic onions s&p egg and worchestersauce.
+ a pool of beef gravy

If it's from grocery store I usually get Kuhne mittelscharf but lately I've been buying larger bottles from wholesale store where I buy Oliehoorn mustard, French mustard made by a sauce artisan family in Hoorn, Holland.
