potatoes.

Extra sharp cheddar - roll into a loaf.

Covered in bacon & smoked for an hour.

1 hour in the convection oven on 400 - Sweet Baby Rays the last 20 minutes.

Adding orangecello and lemoncello to the cranberries was delightful.
Followed with death by chocolate - layer of brownie, then chocolate mousse and topped with coffee crisp bits.
