well here is whats left of my roast mushroom, carot, pepper parsnip and squash im having for a mini stoned gorge. living the dream

Just a simple roast chicken. Brined and then seasoned with garlic, onion, and white pepper. A little sea salt as well. Brushed with some melted butter towards the end. Made some carrots, rice, and called it a dinner. I was going to do something different but the lady wanted it just roasted with no Asian flavors or anything. She's still mad I made Kimchi Jjigae 2 weeks in a row so I let her have her way.

are you familiar with a trenton tomato pie? DeLorenzos was a pizza institution. an old row home that was making pizza since the 50's.
L&B Pizza. aka Spumoni Gardens.
86th Street. Brooklyn.
The square. Thick crust Sicilian.
Slices of mozzarella, not shredded, layered on the dough.
Sauced with puréed tomato, salt, pepper, oregano.
Nothing else.
The flavor of my youth.

If you use a pan with a glass lid to cook rice then you don't have to take the lid off to see how it is doing. :shock:
Made the shrimp stir fry last night, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Had the frozen Oriental veggies in it also. Had chili garlic sauce and sriracha sauce on the side. No food porn because the camera was stoned. I have no idea what button I pushed, however I'll figure out how to make it operable today.
