New and Improved TnT Foodie thread

My hairdressers roommate makes jewelry with bones. This one was my pork chop tonight.
It’s kinda interesting because it looks like a Y.
I am trying to get the fatty stuff off of the bone so I boiled it for 10 min. My husband said to put it in vinegar now. I’m like how do you know this? He said they taught him in biology. Lol. Really? I don’t remember anything like that in biology. Lol
