New Area

Really the first time growing, looking at next spring. Will cannabis make it with direct sunlight for about 6 hours and the rest of the day just bright light, outdoor grow..Looking at a grow deep in the mountains. Should I try auto flowers or what is the best strain recommend? Thanks

Get the chain saw out and clear a larger area. With only 6hrs direct sun they may struggle to mature and develope nice big full buds.

It will make it but won't develop to it's potential.

don't do auto flowers in those conditions.

A photo plant would not be going full potential in those light conditions.

Do an auto with that short direct light and you will be really really disappointed.

Plants that won't get that tall etc
How often do you plant to visit this site?

You can train any plant to grow short and bushy with low stress training.

But hey the good news is with that 6 hour only of direct sunlight it won't grow exceptionally well.

So it will be easier to keep short. It seems to me maybe finding another spot isn't really the answer. The answer is planting a bunch in the spot your talking about and having them be photo plants.

If you do that you will yield less from each plant in the low light area however if you plant enough it won't really matter and it will be easier to keep them stealthy due to low growth rate.

Just a thought.
