New Clones

Hi everyone!!

Its been a long time since I've been here, but I'm back!!

I just got 2 clones. Girl Scout Cookie and Double Dream. I'm planning on growing outdoors.
FYI there in a small cup with the green styrofoam.. A few questions:

1) How long until I can transplant clones into pot with organic soil?
2) How often should I water clones?
3) What environment do they need to be in? Indoors? Outdoors?
4) What lights should I get? How many 1 or 2?

You can transplant them anytime you want, I would wait until the roots have filled up the container they are in.

Water them when they start to get dry, no need to let them get really dry at this point.

If they are going outdoors grow them outdoors to let them get used to it. If you have to keep them indoors get some cfl lights, at least 50w of them per plant, and get the 5000k spectrum or higher. 6500k is what most people use for veg.

I'll prob wait about a week until I transplant them into 1 gallon pots.
Do I plant the clones with the green styrofoam in the soil?
I'm currently using a spray bottle to give them moisture when they dry out.

I'm leaning towards an indoor grow. Yes CFL is what I had in mind. Would 2 200W CFL's 6500k be too much wattage for the clones?
