New Closet Grow - LF Advice

Hello, this is my first time posting here on the forums so I shall start by thanking you for lots and lots of info I've found here. Thank you very Much!! :leaf:

I'm starting my first grow in a few days, hopefully there will be a journal if I can make the time. I'll be using two tents I built with PVC pipes and furtherly air/light sealed using Black/White Poly (6 mm). Flowering tent is 3ft L x 1.5ft W x 6 ft H, Mother Plant / Clone tent is 2ft L x 1.5ft W x 3ft H, both perfectly fit on a narrow closet in my bedroom kept under lock.

Regarding lighting, Flowering Tent has a Digital Greenhouse 400W ballast with a cool tube reflector set, I got both MH and HPS bulbs in case I need to veg. Mother Plant / Cloning tent has a 4 x 2ft T5 HO Fluorescent Fixture (6400K) around 20k Lumens, 24/7 on and it's meant to hold 2 to 4 "bonsai" mother plants and a cloning/seedling tray.

I feel like I kind of over powered on lights, but I'm looking for the best yield possible on the space, anything above 200 grams will be considered a success. I bought 3 feminized bags of Delicious Seeds: Nothern Lights x Blue, Critical Jack Herer and Critical Sensi Star - (yep I know I should have bought from diferent seed banks or at least one I could find at least a review of) - but ok!! what the heck!!!, it's done, it's been 10 days on it's way anyways... also the attitude added some free seeds.

Now you know the details, I'd like to ask your advice things I haven't decided yet, like Grow method,Medium, Ventilation, etc.

This are my needs and some of my thoughts, please fill in the gaps as you wish:

- Stealth: meaning really low noise, ZERO odors, and reusable medium like Hydroton or no medium at all.
My apartment is on a 13th floor, old elevators and nosy people make it impossible for me to carry soil bags. Space and Noise got Aeroponics out the game, as well as hempty buckets because grow medium (perlite/verniculite) isn't stealthy enough to carry/dump in a city building.

- Low Maintenance: It should be able to run unattended for at least 3 days, meaning stable temps and PH. I'm a musician on the road, a close friend is going to help me take care of things while I'm away but nevertheless I decided I should have the appropriated amount of water for each plant on my reservoir to mantain good water temps and stable PH levels. I read 3 gallons per plant is the absolute minimum, is that truth? should SWC be out of the game due to many reports of rapid PH and temps drifts?

- Grow Method: as I can't use soil my first choise remains DWC 4 plant SCROG system. How much water per plant is recomened to fill my needs?, furthermore, how many plants could I fit on a 15 Gallon Beach-like Cooler tub?. I'm not set whether to go SCROG, SOG or just regular, I figured that with SCROG I could have less plants for the same increased yield SOG offers right? only costing 2 me more weeks of vegging time but giving me the power to control height and opening the door for plant training. SOG sounds like, too many plants = too many water = too many roots = limited space = too many variables = you get the point. Am I wrong here?, What would else should be considered in the space given?

Ventilation: The way my tents are set, ventilation would be the one responsible for room temp, humidity and fresh air supply to the plants. I have a 4" 170CFM Inline fan / Carbon Filter Combo for Exhaust and odor control on the center top of the tent. I used PVC ducts for passive air intake so I could keep the pressure negative. Temps outside the closet can be set down to 16°C as I live on a really hot/humid area and having the A/C on all the time is normal. I don't have a dehumidifier so would leaving the exhaust fan on 24/7 be sufficient to keep humidity down?, should I add more ventilation like PC fans for intake? is my exhaust CFM enough?

This are my main concerns so far, hope you can throw in some ideas.
