New COB DIY suggestions

Yo....
I’m looking to replace 1000W HPS over one of my 4x4 areas with 10ft ceilings. I already have 16 CXB3590s running at 50w each over another 4x4. Will I notice a difference between growing under 16 Crees and 16 CLU048? I like more lights for an even Spread and better efficiency. If anyone has any different suggestions I’m open to them.

Timber is having their holiday sale and I’m going to take advantage of it.

44 inch double row Samsung F series strips. Ten of them at 75W each. No heatsinks required, just good air circulation.

Yeah, you could probably run them at lower wattage (maybe 60W each) and still get equal performance to the 1000W HPS

Edit: but OP also has 10 foot ceilings.

depends which clu048 you select

gen 5 1818,gen 6 1216, and gen 6 1812 are about as bright as what you are used to

gen 6 1818 and luminus cxm22 are a little brighter than that
