new connect leafy bud despencary??

So I got a new connect I live in new jersey he had some blue dream so I got a 8th it came in a plastic jar like the dispensary and he says its straight from the dispencary.so the blue dream smells amazing but its leafy bud and even the actual bud is real leafy like green with reddish/orange hairs its not the hard solid type of bud.So i smoke it and get high as fauk like a medical type high for sure so he got me kinda maybe believeing him that this leafy bud was from dispencary.He says menu changes like every 4 days now he got some gran daddy kush im gonna get later.I never really liked leafy bud because i always get higher of the dense solid bud but this leafy bud he got gets me high as fauk and its a medical type high.Is it possible that leafy like bud could be from dispencary?

Shit i heard that dispenceries suck, poor quality weed and it's never really what they say it is. Not saying all are like that but most are only out to make money and not really help people in need. Only help their pockets get fatter... So to answer your question YES anything is possible
