New Cyclone Inline Fan 6".. 51 DB.. OR Soler and Palau TD-150 6"

Hey im looking at which fan will suit my needs best and this seems to be the quietest besides Soler and Palau TD-150 6" which is an amazing 20db.. My only problem is that the S&P is it requires wiring and well I don't know how to do that and my luck id do it wrong and burn down the house.. But if its easy enough and someone wants to tell how to that would be cool.. But is this fan any good(Cyclone)?? It quite which is very helpful and only 72bucks for a 6".. and im going to use the Phresh filters, here light options, LED's have a 800w LED and 2x 400w Quantum ballast cool tubes.. Using 32"x32"x5' tents.. Not sure if my LED would be over kill in the tent but I guess to much light cant be bad right.. Running autos and 7L air pots.. Keeping them small since I don't have a lot of head space.. Well these are my options please tell me what you would do and which of the 2 fans are best..

Hey man i have a s&p 100x rated @135cfm in a 2x2x4 and they are not great with a filter added. If you do plan on the s&p i would suggest sticking to the led. I wouldnt trust the 150s&p with even 1 400w.
