So I cheated a bit due to being impatient and started my girls on 12/12 forced, still a bit early here, but looks like its doing wonders :) This is 2 weeks of 12/12, and im going to begin flowering nutes + molassus starting this weekend. :hump::hump::hump:

Ive got 2-3 ultra small females, with like a tack sized preflower on em lol, cant bear to yankem hehe.:weed:

Any ideas on the odd yellow burns on one of the plants' leaves? the others are all doin pretty damn good, minus a few spots here and there.

comments? critiques?

yea, you shoulda seen it before haha! my first time, good quality bag seeds, tossed in about 50+, thinkin some wouldnt germ. boy was I wrong haha! from 50 or more down to about 15 females, all seem to be doing well with each other, could be bigger imo, but for my first time, im happy so far :)

any thoughts on the yellowing veggie?

these were a few early pics, so you can see density of the foliage before clipping males out. the 2nd pic was after 36 hours of dark, so ignore the yellow :P

just the other day I tied down a few of the taller ones to get some light underneath, but the sun they get all day is uninturrupted pretty much. the males i removed were like 40 inches, that was 2 weeks ago haha, definately got some stretch in em.

next year for sure doin some hardcore lst to keep em short n bushy :)

Feed them a little more Nitrogen but since they are flowering, do this once, and then go to a bloom formula like Miracle Grow rose food. Not the best for Cannabis, but for a first try, adequate. Don't go crazy. Frequent light feeding is better than infrequent heavy feedings.

Get a grow book to read through the winter. Next year's crop will be many times larger.

Dude I don't want to sound like an A__. The plants are going to kill each other off if they are in the same pot, the roots will strangle each other. You will get nothing but small popcorn buds like you have there already! The root systems need space to spread out. I guess if you want one plant you may let them kill each other and then it is survival of the fittest. That pot is not big enough for all the roots of each plant. Just my two cents! I use Miracle Grow rose plant food and it works, but I use it sparingly. Hope you are not looking for a huge yield with all those babies in one pot????

Yeah, the 15-30-15 will do for a first try. Just go easy.

You're committed at this point. Just let nature take its course and dream of next year.

With containers, you'll generally get about the same yield in each, whether you plant one plant, or twenty.

Once they start blooming, thinning won't increase yield.

Just let them grow.

my wife will only allow 1 pot for me to grow in, no more lol, and she hates it anyway :P thinkin of doin some femmed autos for next year, would 2-3 even be too many?

any recommendations for strains for next year? really considering tryin to order some seeds overseas, totally looks worth it. I prefer a piney, or a berryish smell/flavor to my weed, any suggestions?

I haven't read much on those auto's that seemed positive. I've smoked some off one. Kinda reminded me of old mexi-commercial for the high, flavor not great at ALL. Not med. grade for me anyway.
I still think you should clip one or two of the weakest. That pot is overcrowded for the flowering coming. Make some butter with the plants so you don't waste them too.

You need to put the Crack pipe down if you think a Chem ferts is bad just cause it's from MG. His plants needed help, and he needed a cheap, and easily available fert to solve his problem. Since I knew the Miracid had what he needed, and Walmart had it, I recommended it. I use Jack's but MG isn't HORRIBLE cause they don't advertise in High Times or have Huge Breasted Women on the label.

Danielsgb has been helping me pretty much the majority of my grow, and hasnt steered me wrong yet, so im gonna likely lean towards his opinions over a clear anti mg fanboi.

as for autos, i guess the idea of 90 days from seed to harvest sounds pretty sexy, anyone else have exp with autos? i want a fruity or piney flavor/smell

quick question, ive been forcing 12/12 for 2 weeks now, and natural light is getting to be 14/10 around here now, would it hurt my babies to allow them to ride out the extra light now that they are sexed, or should I keep draggin em inside till its truely 12/12?
