new Experiment

This test plant was grown to about 3feet high then flowered to about almost 5feet. I cut all her buds off & the naked main stems & whatever foliage was left I threw outside in a shady spot. She started to regrow outside & she grew back with 5healthy tops.

She has a naked main stem that's about a foot long. & the end of that stem holds her healthy tops.

My experiment... I wantto cut her main stem & clone her from that point instead of transplanting in a bigger pot since she still has all her root system in her grow bucket. Can I do this? Or will I just be killing my girl?

this would basically be a very large clone. I can provide all the rite temps & a dome for her. But will this be possible??

well in theory it sounds like it would work but I wouldn't take the chance of killing the plant. Once I had a plant that I was LSTing and accidently snapped the stalk in half, so I put some cloning gel on the cut and tried to replant it. It ended up dying but it might be because my lights were too hot. It never hurts to experiment but if its your only plant I would leave it be.

Yeah she's the test plant I do all y cuttings off her & all the other lst methods too. She just got so perky & green I wana get rid of the horrible skiny long stem & plant her from right under her tops.
