Has anyone else read the NEW FAQ at LARA. Everyone should read it...... A MUST READ..... Explains more then it EVER HAS....

My next question is , if I send a copy of my Tribal Card will they contact the Tribal Enrollment office ? I think this is one that us Natives need to think about , especially tribal members living on tribal land as this is a Federal Offense according to Tribal Laws and I would hate to see my brothers and sisters being ratted out by the system ..

My tribal Card will not be shared with LARA or its staff !

The tribal cops that robbed me made know secret that they hated marijuana. (Or white people on their land with marijuana).
They said the medical marijuana was ruining their community. Scary situation living on tribal land with mj card. I would certainly
look into the whole 'religious reasons' scenario vs. 'white man's government says I can' scenario.

Typical Tribal Apples

Apple : A Indian who is Red in skin tone but white on the inside .. This defines most tribal police and government officials including council members

sounds awesome to me..cleared up the confidentiality issue as well as patient/caregiver compensation. very easy to read.

Tribal land? I thought all the white people were living on their land...

I do not think they would be notifying your tribe as they are supposed to keep that info confidential but they never do anything right so who knows. No one would blame you for not trusting LARA.

Yea alot may take offense to that comment but hey I guess its ok if you dont mind when someone throws one back at ya.

I am only quarter indian so would that make me a reverse apple since my skin is white?
